Professional Background

I have been a licensed Realtor & Professional Property Stager with Howard Hanna Real Estate since 2016.  Prior to transitioning to residential real estate, I had over 25 years of domestic and international Corporate Real Estate experience.  My previous area of expertise was in corporate and commercial real estate where I worked for fortune 200 & fortune 500 companies such as KeyCorp, Trammell Crow/CBRE and Eaton Corporation. I handled highly diverse and complex real estate transactions surrounding corporate acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations and portfolio management on both a national and global basis. In addition to Corporate Real Estate, I have a broad base experience with Retail and Office leasing, complex contract negotiation and various aspects of property management and lease administration.

While I enjoyed a great deal of success in the corporate arena, I began to feel disconnected with a culture where clients & transactions were centered solely around the bottom-line.  While real estate was my profession, people and meaningful client-relationships are my passion.  As such, I decided to redirect my attention to focus exclusively on Residential Real Estate, where the customer is key, the transactions are personal and the results are meaningful and impactful.

Personal Info

I was born in Cleveland, Ohio and spent my younger years in Nashville, Tennessee.  I returned to Northeast Ohio to attend college and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in the field of Education. After graduating, I accidently fell into the field of Real Estate and never looked back. I currently live in Kirtland, Ohio with my husband and two sons and a very large and social extended family.  We spend our free time traveling, hiking, biking, kayaking and & entertaining our huge base of friends and family.
